Brad Peters did an excellent job in completing our $1.7 million, 88-unit renovation project as Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Work included a substantial amount of interior and exterior rebuilding, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, framing, concrete, asphalt, roofing, cabinetry, etc. All was performed under the watchful eye of the project architect, HUD, & City of Lawrence inspectors. The project included many tenant moves, and Mr. Peters was the primary coordinator of these transitions. This project was brought in on time and under budget pleasing all involved entities. I would highly recommend Mr. Peters for your construction and renovation needs.

BRED Inc. has consistently provided excellent customer service on a variety of projects, from large scale to small. Each person we have interacted with has been professional, courteous and responsive. I have contacted the owner many times and always received a quick and helpful response.
